About
As a native of South Austin, I consider myself fortunate to have grown up in the diverse and beautiful city Austin was at the time.
Growing up, my family provided an environment where I was always surrounded by unique and wonderful music. This is what led me to pursue music performance and music production throughout my career.
After graduating high school, I was accepted into the Sound Recording and Technology program at Texas State University. After graduating early, I found myself in New York City at Avatar Studios (now Power Station at Berklee NYC).
My time in New York was split between audio engineering, and film production. I had the honor of being beside some incredible recording sessions and groundbreaking documentary films. The experience I gained in New York laid a solid foundation for where my career would lead me.
I came back to Texas in 2014 and sound a live sound job that provided a great atmosphere for me to cut my live teeth. For the next few years I did many live sound jobs and even toured the US.
In 2017 I found a small broadcast job (early stages of ADTV) where I was the one to say “ACTION!” The role grew quickly, and I flourished. It was a breath of fresh air at the time, and provided more for me than I could have ever dreamt.
While Producing content, I became a more confident Director. I was often told that I knew how to ease insecurities in the client, while calming over-confidences. This has aided me in producing hundreds of hours of content across many different platforms with many different clients.
I am looking to work on a team of talented people to create engaging content that tells a meaningful story.
In my free time I love to cook, ride my bike, try a new beer or mix a great cocktail. My partner is equally as talented and adventurous in the kitchen, so our home is an exciting place to be during meal time. Also, our home is run by two wonderful cats. No, really, they make the laws around here…
