Love Revival Live
Candy Coburn was a force of nature in live entertainment. She toured for several decades as a secular artist before turning her focus to faith. “Love Revival Live” is Candy’s musical entrance into the Non-Secular world. She wanted to bring musicians from several North Austin faith groups together to create something that truly represented Austin: the ability to be together and share faith through music.

I wanted to match Candy’s larger-than-life persona and give the project an Austin vibe. We shot in the afternoon on Congress Ave and showed how Candy, is Candy. She had a blast talking and meeting with people. It may have been the hottest day of the year, but we pushed through and the announcement video gained the traction we were looking for.
The Concert
The hardest part of the project was the budgetary constraints. We had people from all over the city gifting Candy their abilities, but we had more roles to fill. Being the Broadcast Audio Director at ACF, and a Videographer, I stepped in as director of the project. I helped plan locations and angles of cameras, lighting, and all media capture on the event. Then all post production too ;)
